"Ran across your brochure at our hotel and I said to my travel companion, we just found where we are eating tonight. So glad I was right. Excellent food, excellent service, relaxed dining experience. When we thought it couldn't get any better, the next course would arrive. This is the best food we had in New Orleans and we ate our way through the entire city. I even asked the maitre'd if the chef was married! I would love to have taken him home to my kitchen, but alas, some lucky lady already snatched him up. Cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. No visit to N'awlins would be complete without at least one meal (preferably many) at Olivier's."

I went to your website because on this rainy day here in mid-spring, my mind has been day-dreaming about your wonderful establishment and how I/we long to return.

My boyfriend and I shared two of the best meals we have ever eaten in New Orleans in June of 2005 and October 2006 at Olivier's!! It was our privilege to dine with you and share in your heritage of cherished family recipes and memories that make dining at Olivier's an unforgettable experience. There is no commercialism; no pretense, no rushing a diner out the door to seat a new party. What is at Olivier's is a lost art and Tom and I are so happy that we chanced upon your restaurant while walking down to the Tomato Festival and from this point on, have sung your praises to all we know.

We cannot imagine coming to New Orleans without dining at Olivier's and we do hope to be back this summer or fall. I am enclosing a photo of our October 06 visit - as you can tell by our big smiles and all the stains on the tablecloth, we truly enjoyed ourselves!!!

"We visited Olivier's on Thursday December 27th. I ordered the crab and salmon cakes. It was fantastic. Mr. Olivier came out and greeted the customers at each table personally. We truly enjoyed our experience at Olivier's. Don't leave New Orleans without having dinner at Olivier's, it was the best meal we had during our visit."
